Return Policy
This policy applies to most items purchased through Pacific Rim Fusion (PRF) and outlines the circumstances under which buyers may be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Item Not Received
If a buyer does not receive the purchased item, they are eligible for a full refund.
2. Item Not as Described
If the item delivered differs significantly from the product listing, buyers are entitled to return the product for a full refund.
Return & Refund Approval Process
Mutual Agreement Required: Both the seller and the buyer must agree to the return or refund request.
Notify PRF: Once agreed, both parties must notify Pacific Rim Fusion via message.
Refund Issuance: After confirmation, Pacific Rim Fusion will process the refund directly to the buyer.
Note: Refunds cover only the item’s purchase price. Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind) are not covered unless the seller’s return policy allows it.
Return Process
Initiate Return
Go to your purchase history, select the item, and choose “Return this item.”Return Shipping
Ship the item back within the seller’s return window using a tracked shipping method.Confirmation
Both buyer and seller must confirm to Pacific Rim Fusion that the return and refund are agreed upon.Refund Issued
Once the item is received by the seller, PRF will issue the refund to the buyer.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Sellers may apply a restocking fee of up to 20% for returns due to buyer’s remorse, which will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Seller Pays: If the item is not as described, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyer Pays: For remorse-based returns, the buyer is typically responsible for return shipping.
Important: All return and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
